I've just uploaded my first attempt at a scenario. It's a copy of my favourite multi player PT scenario.
I've some great ideas for developing it, but thought I'd let you comment on my work in progress for now. Also looking for some PBEM playtesters.
Anyone?

Thanks for the effort, Delyn, I'll try it as soon as possible, can it be played also as single player?

Well I just tried it, with no bonus for the AI and it was too easy. I messed up my first turn and still won within 10 turns!
However I have a great idea for making it a one player scenario, and as soon as I've had a few comments on this one, particularly whether I should give everyone a small army to start or leave them to build from scratch, then I'll move on to a single player version.
For now try it with AI+ and see how it fares as single player.

I played the scenario last night. I like the concept. I am not sure that the AI can handle the setup. It took all three AI two turns to even build Staff. I had one AI just sit where it started and never built any troops. The second built all engineers and the third built half rifle and half engineers. Both wasted a lot of production on Engineers meaning I had fewer units to fight. The only reason it took me ten turns to win was that I built mostly Rifle and had to march to my enemy.
I am not sure but I think you can define in the Editor what type of AI is used. Meaning different AI's have different behaviors and with the tight confines you will need a specific type of AI to fight this one. Especially with not starting units. You probably should have some Staff in the Starting HQ's. That might be effecting the behavior of the AI also. (Not Sure)
It would be best as a PBEM of four human players as it is currently configured. Good start, I'll be looking for your update.

Yeah, having had a play with it, I'm edging towards adding small starting armies, and it is definatley a multi player map. However, as I said, I have a plan for turning it into a single player game, and as my van is in the garage all day tommorow - I might even have time [:'(]

Well, it was and is a work in progress. I have added a HQ unit and a basic infantry unit for each faction. I think I need to slow down production (only got to the fourth turn and am off out now to a party - wife is hollering! - but the map is very crouded, but lots of fun) , haven't got round to that yet but I have sorted the engineer problem. The mistake was not joining the smallest villages to the road network, i guess for supply reasons the AI saw that as a priority over defending his territory!

That's it, Eastron Bloodbath is complete, the only thing I'll still do is change the unit graphics, but i need to read a few more tutorials first. I'm playing it against the new AI, with a fog of war and no AI bonus, it's proving quite a challenge.

Dont forget to set initial HQs and production for towns.
