Just checking for the Christmas patch, are we still on for 12/27 or 12/28?

I've been checking as well.

Personally, I hope I'm wrong but I don't think we'll see it released until some time in the New Year based on the time it takes for Matrix to do their processing after receiving it from Vic (not a criticism btw).

Paradox don't publicize the ETA of their patches because if there is anything even slightly wrong when they beta test it, it can takes weeks to go through the process again. Johan from Paradox has a signature that says "A patch is never late! Nor is it ever early. It arrives precisely when I mean it to do!"

I feel that we are very lucky that Vic has taken the time to inform us of the steps that are being taken with the patching process. Most developers keep people in the dark but I personally prefer to know what is going on - even if it does heighten the frustration levels a bit when it doesn't come out on the expected day.

Hoping to be able to go into the office tomorrow to get this setup, we'll see.

I'm going to be checking this thread every hour or so today [:)].

I think we should all should go to the Matrix offices and riot and burn vehicles. 

I think it's great that we go out of our way not to put any pressure on Erik
