ACOW and TOAWIII and Vista?

Do both ACOW and TOAWIII run on Vista?

I'm trying to get my cousin into the game by giving him my old ACOW in hopes that he will buy TOAWIII, but he has Vista. I read through the forums and gather that people are able to run TOAWIII, but not sure about ACOW.

Thanks.

Runs on Vista for me with no problems, either.

Thanks. I'm getting the feeling that TOAWIII runs on Vista, but how about ACOW?

I have ACOW installed on my Vista machine and it runs just fine.

I had major graphics bugs with TOAW 3 and Vista. Battle reports were often not shown properly, but clicking (blindly) on attacker / defender losses buttons refreshed the report screens. AI movement was shown every now and then only as black window.

I set Compatiblitiy mode to WinXP SP2 and disabled visual themes, desktop composition and display scaling. Now TOAW works beautifully without any gfx glitches. My laptop has Geforce M 8600 GT with latest drivers (Forceware 156.54) from the laptop manufacturer.
