I installed the game into a folder but it will not run under XP Pro. Any ideas other than using a virtual PC program

I use DosBox http://www.dosbox.com/ to play WIR. It works fine with it.

You only need to connect the physical folders and drives to the virtual drives inside DOSBox via the command mount e.g.:

If WIR is c:\WIR on your driver

tipp in dosox:

mount c c:\Wir

and in your virtual driver you find the game in under c:
