Unable to move unit in blockade_runners

...and naval battle between two allies, with no enemies present... followed by massive fleet vaporization... of the victors.
Weird bug. Just hit 'enter'. My UK fleet, docked in Constantinople, with no Turkish fleets around (as I've obliterated them in the just-ended war), apparently challenges the (allied to me) Spanish fleet, defeats them (according to log and PP bonus) and then vanishes. I'm not sure why there's even a naval combat to begin with, since there are no fleets there which are hostile to either Spain or UK.
