Aircraft loiter immediately after attack - change default?

in HCE, aircraft immediately go into Loiter mode when they have launched an attack (in previous versions, the aircraft would go to "return to base" mode after using all their surface attack missles). Is there any way to disable this feature - particularly for surface attacks - and default to the "return to base" mode?

Hi
This loiter feature was a fix for command/terminal guided weapons. With the returning planes those weapons lost "illumination" and were selfdestroyed. As a Workaround set up the attack manually. Launch the attack, cancel the flight patch via the course dialog. Enter an attackpoint and a return to base point/command. That´s it.
