Minors cannot conquer other minors?

I used a Holland I to garisson Munster and the next Dip phase the war lapsed. Munster should have fallen (they have no corps, my Hol corps had been in there a turn, all the FR garrisons conquered their respective minors).

You have to occupy for a month.
So, if you placed the garrison in June, and peace was declared in July, you didn;t occupy it for a month, so you lose control.
Its annoying at times...

I did. That is the problem. All my French national garrisons which were placed at the same time as my Holland one got the conquests. Holland did not.
And you are wrong. If I took it in June and still held it in July without any enemy having contested it then in July it should fall to me.

I cannot duplicate what you are reporting. Can you give more details or post the saved game files? Thanks
