I (France) have forced access TO Russia.

I have Russian cav core (probably cossacks) in FRENCH owned territory.
(Is this because it was originally Austrian? Russia is at war with Austria.)

Yes, this bug was reported already. Currently waiting for it to be fixed for the 1.01 patch. Thanks.
