Need Tech Support

All of a sudden I have begun having problems with Puresim Basball. The problem I would like help with at this time is as follows.

1. Cannot open the Player Card for any player – my own or others. Usually there is no response, a few times I have gotten an error message.
a. The ones I have written down are as follows, but most often there is no response
i. Error 374 VB.user control
ii. Error 438
iii. Error 339 FIDbg9c.ocx
b. Perhaps significant / perhaps not The right click menu seems to be completely functional except for the “OPEN PLAYER CARD” which gives no response
c. I tried reinstalling (rerunning the set up) but to no effect
d. I am using Windows XP.

Sounds like your install of the Adobe Flash player is corrupt.

1. Uninstall Flash (via add-remove programs)
2. Reinstall Flash From This Page
3. Re-install PureSim
