How do you conduct anti-Guerilla operations in EIANW? I see them in the rules, but can't figure out how mechanically?

I beleive its done automaticly by any corp that hasnt moved or been involved in combat this round

Yes, as zaq stated, the program handles anti-guerilla operations automatically.

Can a corps forage (without the unused movement modifier) and still conduct guerilla ops?
