Game Hangs during diplomacy phase

Game hangs during GB diplomacy phase.

More info : This seems to be related to having 7 core beseiging London (4 Fr cav core, 7th & 8th Fr Regular & Holland = total 25 cav). I reran it after removing the 4 cav cores & it ran thru.
