Did a "Build Land Forces" for Mecklenberg.
Selected "CANCLE" (didn't actually build anything)
Got message "Invalid ret from get_build_cost[0]"
Click OK; get message "ERROR INVALID RETURN FROM GET_BUILD_COST (XFER)"
