Not sure whether this one's been reported; I know there have been other odd garrison issues.

Britain and Austria allied. Britain enters Austrian-held French ceded provinces (Austria did NOT grant access--but that's another bug, already discussed elsewhere).

Britain builds garrison--in the rural area....

Same bugs. If Britain can enter an area it can build garrisons. Since that one is marked 'Lille' I am guessing it is in the city. Any chance Britain has enforced access against France?

The garrison isn't in the city--that's the weird thing. It's out in the rural area.
