Ordinance loadouts are in....what order?.... For instance F/A-18's available loadouts for one of the WestPac scenarios are listed as:

SEAD-LR ASuW GP-LR GP Precis-2 Intercept Precis-LR Tanker ASuW-LR CAS GP Patrol Decoy-LR Precis-LR SEAD Precis GP-2 Ferry

If the list was sorted it would much easier to compare simliar loadouts (e.g. what's the difference between the first Precis-LR and the second Precis-LR?) Scrolling up & down while remembering the Qty, Range, Hit%, Damage can be a challenge! I can't help but think that there's a SQL statement buried in the form somewhere (hello, ORDER BY!)

And while this is being looked at, how about decreasing the row height so more than seven loadouts are visible (maybe this is a font issue?), better yet, make this a sizeable dialog box, so one can tweak it as one desires.

Just throw this on the pile with all the other things that "would be neat, but who's got the time?". Thanks for listening to me whine and its' still a great game.

I believe I've asked for that box, as well as the patrol box to be increased in size.

There's a hidden value called sort id....
It is causing this "error" [8D]

P.S It is not really an Eroor but a Question how the SE and GE handle the sorting vs the PE.

P.S.S sorting Loadouts is really a Pain for a DB Desinger same with the Mounts on Units....

1. it is a technical Problem => much Work everytime you change something.
2. it is a philosopical Problem. IMHO Simliar Loadouts like SEAD and SEAD-LR etc should be grouped and the primary Loadout for a Plane should be the First one in the list. But What is the first loadout for Plane x?
For a Tanker it is a tankerloadout, ok. For an ASW-Plane/Helo it is anASW Loadout. But for a Fighter, is it intercept or Escort? For a Bomber ASuW, Bai, CAS,GP? And what about a fighterbomber? Some German F-4 Units had a primary Atack role some a primary fighter role, with the same plane... [8|] etc. So this isn´ta trivial thing...
3 with ships, a db designer can help the AI when he sorts the mounts by weapon range. The AI goes trough the list and choses the first mount with the needed range to counter a threat. (BTW Same with weapons on mulitmounts) But this looks horrible/terrible in the Platformdisplay....
