Does the AI use strategic bombing?

Does the AI use strategic bombing?

I've played a number of games and have yet to see the ai use level bombers for strategic attacks on production capacity. Is this just chance or have others noticed the same thing? Does the ai have trouble handling level bombers, like it does with carriers?

Just found answer to my question in Vic's tutorial Editing the AI 101.  No, the AI does not yet know how to use strategic bombing.
