Pacific war 1941 scenario

Hi
Is anyone working on an AI compatible version of this scenario? It looks great, but would be nice to be able to play it.
Although there is a small error in the scenario. Thailand was actually a country allied with Japan and so should be Japancontrolled at the start of the scenario. Also the Thai army (some 100k strong) should be under Japanese control
