RHS Level 7 pwhex files reuploaded (but NOT changed)

This is a courtesy upload because some people have not got the latest RHS pwhex files. There are not 8 for Level 7 - but all you need is pwhex.dat if simple is your bag.
There is a thread dedicated to explaining these - and there is a utility just sent to me which we will issue when it is perfected. STANDARDpwhex7.dat = pwhex.dat as issued.
Essentially
you have the option to open interior river systems any time you want to
you have the option of building four railroads (3 Allied)
you can close the Panama Canal
You can close the Kuyshu-Honshu RR tunnel
you can do all these things before or after building the new rail lines
and you can ignore them all.
