Production Modifiers

Hi Vic,
Not sure if this is working the way you intended. In messing around with Tom's WaW scenario I made the Poles only produce at 50% when ruled by Germans. The screen shot from after the capture of Warsaw. The points aren't halfed but the costs are doubled. Seems backward to me but if that's what you wanted then never mind.

I confirm it works as intended : I had the same surprise some times ago on this scenario and Vic confirmed (an old thread, must have been erased).

Imho everything is ok with your screen, Bartheart.
The city has still 4000 structural points and produces with 50% effectivity.
because of this you have doubled costs for PP´s for example.
The 4000 production are still there, but working with less effectivity.
The prodmod change is indicated by the 50%.

Alright, it seems it's just me that thinks it's backwards. I'm ok with that.
Never mind. Move along. Nothing to see here.

I think AT has to display it this way cause the 4000 are production points
AND structural points the same time. And structural points are still 4000
even you change the production modifier.

Actually structural points are not equal to production points

But i think it is ok like it is now.
The production potential of the town is not changed, just the willingness of the Polish people to produce stuff for the facist occupants!

If units in a town are attacked, and structural damadge is done to the town. Does the production capacity lessen as well?

5.5.2 : If a location....and it's structural points are lowered, it will produce a precentage of productin equal to % of structural points of the location left
So yes - whne you inflict structural damage, you reduce production by an equal percentage.
