The biggest change is moving Tsushima Heavy Fort to Tsushima Island, and moving everything out of Port Heiden, Alaska - mainly to Anchorage. P-36 replace P-40s at Elemndorf (Anchorage) - and the two bomber "squadrons" are reduced to 6 B-18s each. Three IJN submarines get observation aircraft, and two more have air groups renamed.

Level 5 and 6 uploads included most or all of these things - and future uploads (by request only) will include them.

CAIO is NOT included because the entire thing was uploaded as a comprehensive update.

I should have called it 7.7895 - but I messed up - and there is now a 7.7894 comprehensive -
mainly because 7.7893 seems not to have had the correct location file - I had to reupload - so we might as
well fix all we can - and there are three minor enhancements: RTAF ground supporte elements and a captain for U-168.
