I am playing a game with winter movement enabled.
This doubles movement cost for Jan. OK.

- BUT - Why can the corp indicated reach Strasland, Kiel or back into Holland in
1 move; but NOT reach Berlin or Stettin (which are also 2 territories from the start point)

(Strasland, Stettin & Berlin are all ajacent to Lubeck & there is no river)

Cannot see the picture, but remember that rivers cost 1 extra mp to cross if there's an enemy corps present.

Scrap this - my mistake - I am NOT AT WAR with Prussia (yet).
 
I thought that there had been a DOW due to a minor during the Diplomacy phase; but
that was a DIFFERENENT test run.  (Running too many "what if" scenarios right at the moment
& having a hard time keep them straight)
