How come an infantry force cannot attack a cavalry force? It is silly to believe that a cavalry force can stop an infantry force that is several times from entering a hex. I would think that the programing would be set up to have the cavalry unit retreat automatically out of the hex instead of not allowing the infantry force to enter the hex.
