PureSim 1.70g Hot Fix Released

Hot fix 1.70g contains a few small fixes:
Fix - Error 3011 when opening associations created with VERY old versions of PureSim 2007 (or PureSim 2005 Gold Edition).
Fix - Fixed some issues with incorrectly charging earned runs in some situations
