Something is mucked up

I've been working on a "What If" Coral Sea scenario (#3). In the original scenario the 21st Mixed Bde was scheduled to show up on turn 7 in Truk. In the editor I changed that to turn 2 in Truk. Starting the game I see it listed as a reinforcement for turn 2 in Truk.
Turn 2 comes and there is no 21st Mixed Bde in Truk, on the reinforcement list or in the list of units on the board.
So does anybody know what gives?

I know that there is an existing bug whereby LCU's arrive one day earlier than they are scheduled to arrive. Any units set to arrive on the very first reinforcement phase get lost by the code - they vanish into the electronic graveyard.
An example of this is the USMC Para unit in CHS and RHS set to arrive at San Diego on Dec 8, 1941. It vanishes. In RHS it was changed to Dec 9,1941 and it now arrives on Dec 8, 1941 as intended. CHS still loses the unit - it happened to someone who started a CHS game just recently.
If that is what is happening to you, just set it to arrive one day later than you want it to arrive.
Air units and ships arrive correctly as scheduled.

Variable reinforcements setting?

Thanks witpqs - that appears to have been the problem.
