RHSEEO 7.7893 Test Turn 1

If you want to run the Allies in a test vs the Japanese as I think they should be run reply to this turn.
The object of this run is:
1) To find out in detail if RHS units/values are set right
2) To find out if the Japanese can run a Pearl Harbor offensive at the same time as an enhansed SRA offensive
3) To identify slot hard code issues
Note this is NOT the latest RHS version (that is 7.7895) and we already have theories about slots re CD units. These mostly only apply
to AI control (moving the CD units) which is not a human issue, but one thing missing here is the possibility of making the Hawaii Separate Coast Artillery Brigade able to retain supplies by itself. That was the largest CD unit in the world (according to Army Chief of Staff Marshall it had 117 pieces, although not all had crews or even clear fields of fire on 8 Dec Japan time). It will take time to create a 7.7896 and more time to create a first turn based on it. We may as well identify issues to include in it.
Report any apparent eratta during Allied setup here.
