Just purchased WITP, after reading a post a few days ago about how their favorite game used to be PTO on the SNES.

Well, that was my favorite game, too, so here I am.

Is patch update 1.806 the most current?

Yes... if your game is NOT at 1.806, patch using the 1.804 Comprehensive patch, then 1.806 (revised)... no other patching needed (or advised).
