Interface improvement suggestion

Add "CURRENT $/MP" to major power power summery box.
(As you can see from the upload; Austria is missing Bohemia, Tyrol & Carinthia;
but still shows $/MP as 64/25.
I would suggest changing the label on this to "Initial $/MP" and then
adding a line "Current $/MP" to make it easier to tell how badly mashed
someone has become.
