Security Breach in "Victory Condition" screen

The locations of the corp shown on the "Units to Remove" screen are
in CORP NUMBER order. (IE. 1st Corp is at the top of the list; etc.).
This gives an opponent an idea of what corp are located where & thus
a clue as to the SIZE of an opposing army.
