Download Timeout

I can't seem to download the 1.2 patch. I keep getting a download time out message. When I try to use a download manager, it also times out.
I have a DSL connection which has a speed of 54mbps. I noticed that the transmission speed from Matrix is only about 4 kbps (max).
Any help would be appreciated.
