The Oita CV Training Groups (RHS Procedure)

These are strange creatures. They are date set so they can never appear in the game. Air groups assigned to them, which ALSO have a date assigned, DO appear however. And they appear as "carrier qualified" - so they can be used on carriers that need squadrons immune to resizing. [Units resize based on their ORIGINAL carrier - and an original carrier that can not go to a port cannot resize]
These creatures should have building turned off. There is no point expending HI points on them. I will see if I can give them a value near zero - for those who don't get the word.
