Balance problem with Air vs. Naval

After several games, I really belive that naval is too strong against air forces.

Latest example from excellent world at war scenario:

Attacked with 24 fighters, 18 dive bombers (both lvl 2) against 3 battleship,
2 cruiser and 2 destroyer (basic lvl). Ships didin't get any serious damage,
but i've lost 4 fighters and 3 divebombers. This really doesn't look "normal".
I know that level bombers are better against surface vessels, but still the
germans did very good job with those nasty stukas in real war. After all,
airplanes were the biggest threat of naval.

Could we please have Europe at War with AI? :)

von Altair, divebombers were purposely weakened vs. ships in WAW. Against ships you now have specialised air, the carrier air groups.

Look in the main forum there has been active discussions on this. I agree with you and find the balance totally off...

Yeah yeah, I know about those things. Point is, that it doesn't make sense to ruin airplanes TOTALLY USELESS against ships. Like, how many axis player is going to
concentrate on some carrier things. Camoon!
