I just got the game a week ago and am having trouble with going to phase after setup. I try to move to next phase and i get a notification that Brunswick is not assigned. He is on map (in magdebord i think). i gave him orders to use defend chit thinking that might be the problem, however that did not fix it. If i try to assign it says no leader is available to assign. if i go forward to next phase it says i must assign brunswick...very frustrating. If i remove him and the other leader (hohenzollern?) i can go to next phase but then i have no leaders with my forces. I am sure i am doing something very simple incorrectly but i cant find anything about leader assignment in the rules that will help me. anyhelp would be appreciated.

leaders must be assigned to a corp in the same area.  To do this; select a corp without a leader in
the area that Brunswick is in; then go click the "Assign Leader to Corp" button & a small box will appear
with Brunswicks name & stats.  Select this & he will be assigned to the corp selected.

The other thing you might be doing wrong is having the corps counter inside the city, but the leader on the outside.
