1 key Soviet formation with plenty of supply and op points just won't do 2 stationary attacks, breaks off after 1 no matter what I do. It doesn't suffer major casuelties or have any reason to stop that I can see. Anyone have any idea what causes this?

I think you cant do 2 stationary attacks. If you "win" the enemy retreats, if you "lose" all other commands are erased, you were "stopped". But you can bombard more then once if I remember right.
