Guide to getting new advisor pictures

I wanted to upload the great advisor pictures made by pixelpusher, but as the pcx files are not supprted, I have written a guide instead.
It is actually quite simple.
1. Download infraview (It is free)
2. Go to File>open and the picture you want to use
3. Go to file>batch convertion and select the file you want to convert from the menu to the right
4. Chose PCX in output format
5. Chose save destination
6. Start Batch
7. Rename the new pcx file to Advisor_CSA.pcx or Advisor_USA.pcx and put it in the advisor directory (Forgeoffreedom>GFX>Advisor)
That should be all.
