AI taking incorrect losses

a) there is absolutely no reason to take Infantry ahead of militia (unless it's in a pursuit situation, where you might take Inf instead of Mil)
b) there is absolutely no reason to take more than 1 Cav loss a battle, 0 if you win. (again, you need to decide in a pursuit case, but I'm talking about normal battles here.)
c) there is absolutely no reason to take a Guards/Artillery loss ahead of anything.

I have seen a full French stack (with a variety of factors) end up with Militias during the pursuit phase (and thus is easier to get wiped out.)

When the AI was taking infantry over militia; what was the MORALE LOSS?
(Remember you can only choose militia if the cumulative MLS is < 2.0)

From what ive seen so far the AI does a decent job in allocating losses, just need to teach it to form decent armies and use there best leaders to lead them. It would make the AI alot harder to fight, if it also used the stacks it might even start to take an effort to fight the AI.
