I don't own advanced tactics, but reading about the game modability I though if it would be possible to change combat resolution criteria or control combat results during game play by some king of player input. I was willing to make combat depend on external results (results from other game). It would suffice if I could input those results manually during game play. I just need to know if it is possible.

Nope, the game does not allow for entering combat results. It wouldn't make much sense anyway as most of the game is aimed at simulating combat...
