Is there a way to delay the dropping of paratroopers via cargo aircraft until a certain turn? I've had many missions where I wish I could use the chaos my frontline troops are creating to drop a few paratroopers behind enemy lines to secure objectives. Oh, sure I could just use Infiltration with Rangers or a similar unit, but this is a little too unreliable for my liking. I'd rather have my troops dropped off of their target than to just not show up at all.

When in the Deployment screen press the Paradrop/Glider button. There you'll see a text: "To change ETA, cancel assignment, then type 't' to change ETA and then reassign unit..."

That is to say select a random hex, choose a plane to drop paras there. Then cancel it, press 't' and the game will ask a turn. After entering a turn every plane assigned will get that turn until you'll press 't' again and assign a new turn.
