Please replicate the "Default orders" (scroll w/red ribbon) button to both the
land and land combat command panels. You need to be able to give
orders to units (city & depot garrisons) which did not exist in the reinforcement
phase. You also need to be able to CHANGE the default orders for armies
in the land combat phase depending on how they may have done in
combat (IE - I just lost & got my butt kicked; I want to change my order
to WITHDRAW - not Esc. Counter Attack)
