Loaned Corps - Major Issue ?

OK I think this is a show stopper and needs to be fixed. I've only tested this while tinkering however so I might be wrong.
Corps on loan seem to be treated 100% as if they were owned by the nation they are loaned to. This means they will fight in battles against nations they are not at war with and even against nations they are in enforced peace with !
e.g. Austria and Prussia are at war with France. Prussia surrenders to France. Austria is doomed ? Nope, Prussia can just lend him all his corps and carry on the fight.
