I'm a kluz, admittedly, but after the fifth time screwing up a map with a bad "fill" command I'm ready to beg

Fifth. Seriously, everybody probably wants this. But I'm thinking it'll be a lot of work to add such a feature.

hi guys,
sorry for the late reply.
at the moment i am not planning to add it. it is indeed something that is not added very simply or easily.
just save regularly when editing and try to use different savenames if building a scenario:
myscen1.pt2
myscen2.pt2
etc..
kind regards,
Vic

Is a "save now" button on the button panel easy, or does navigating to the map/sysops screen perform some prerequsite cleanup? Just a rewriting a standard emer.pt2 filename would help.

I'd settle for an option letting you make the system automatically save a .BAK or whatever file before executing a fill command (& maybe other commands, I suppose).

I'd also settle for the mode switching back to draw after every fill.
