Italian 45mm HE 'Out of stock'

I've been playing the Pindos campaign as the Italians and have noticed that the Alpine infantry companies never seem to get ammo for their 45mm mortars at resupply time. The companies where this ammo is down to '0' make frequent requests for emergency resupply - this duly arrives, but no 45mm is on the wagon.
Now I say 'seem' never to get it, because although I've been watching fairly closely, it's possible that a few rounds have got through and been fired before I even notice that they've arrived. But I'm pretty sure that nothing has.
Anybody come across this elsewhere, or know what's going on?
Thanks

nestor,
I just checked the scenario and the estabs and they all look in order. Do you have a saved game taken just before a resupply arrives, so I could check it out?

Dave
I've just sent a Day 5 21:55 save game to the Panther support e-mail address for you to have a look at. I'm a bit compulsive when it comes to saving the situation regularly and keeping files, so I have others if you want them.
Thanks for having a look.

Sorry to drag this up again Dave - I appreciate that there are much bigger things taking up your time at the moment. However, I'm seeing the same 45mm HE ammo problem in Folgore at Maleme v2 and just in case it's something that could end up being transferred to BFTB, thought it was worth mentioning again.
Any idea what's going on?

Dave is currently trodding the Bulge battlefields to get a taste of the local conditions so you might have to wait a bit for an answer.

Thanks Graham. I've created a reminder to review this for when I get back to Australia.
