Where is a map designer who is willing to start a War in Europe mod? I'm totally incompetent concerning this, so I can't do it myself...

to small by far...
I don't know how big it can be, but I would like to have it with the correct 1 hex = 60 miles from Spitzbergen to the Cape and from the Ural to the Gulf of Mexico - if possible...
