People's Republic doesn't work with my masterfile

Well I make a random game with my custom masterfile and select the P.R. option and the game does add the P.R. regime but nothing else - the map is completely unoccupied and there are no P.R. units. I'm wondering what the cause for this is. My masterfile keeps the original units and just adds new ones.

Could it be anything to do with the fact PR uses different photos for Russian units?

Hi there,
You'll have to set rulevar 420 and 421 for the masterfile you are using. (editor -> settings -> rulevars -> random games)
