RHSMAIO: Scenario 79 Uploaded

Buck Beach complains that RHSAIO does not effectively use the forces sent to the Central Pacific: he is correct: hard code
does not understand this as part of the historical offensive - and if the first wave is effective - there is no follow up at all. Others have
expressed a wish for as many different kinds of campaign as possible. Well - this is sort of a "cut the SLOC" campaign.
Thinking about this, I realized that if we simply redirect a few task forces (and embarked and associated units), we can
create a different scenario which may both complicate the Allies problems and permit better exploitation of hard code as is:
I call this RHSMAIO for Modified AI Oriented scenario. It is done at the 7.7897 level without any changes at all - and it is
not supported by the installer - having come along later. It is supported by the AI oriented Economic Utility and it is a member
of the EOS family of scenarios.
Change 1: Task Forces 1 (KB) and 2 (KB supporting oilers) - in their AIO form (except some tankers appear two weeks later representing fuel consumed in mid Ocean) - imitate the historical raid on Pearl Harbor.
Change 2: Task Forces and air units in AIO directed at the Hawaiian Islands per se are redirected mainly into the South and Southwest Pacific areas. The Johnston Island forces remain as is, but the Midway forces are changed with respect to the assault element (which is reduced from division to brigade), while Lae, Port Moresby, Tulagi, New Caladonia, and Fiji are added to the list. Some reinforcements are directed to appear at Noumea - particularly the submarines Japan really planned to base from there.
Change 3: The Ni Butai (meaning 2nd Striking Force of smaller carriers), the KB, the Main Body (meaning battleship force), and TF2 (tankers) are all home ported at Truk - which KB may understand better than basing at Kwajalein - and may use more efficiently.
Change 4: Any excess elements will be based at Palau and used to suppliment offensive efforts into the SRA from its almost undefended right flank.
That's it - quick and dirty - ETA - hours or - tomorrow.
