Opponent wanted.

I am looking for either Allied or Japan opponent. CHS or other mod is preferred.
Suggest the following house rules, all are open to discussion and prefer to discuss any issues that arise. With AE coming out in 6 or 7 months this will more then likely be a fun fill in to keep that WITP rush going.
1. No 4-engine bomber under 15,000 feet, except for ASW / Naval Search missions or Strategic Bombing missions
2. No B-29 anti-ship
3. Allied TF’s at sea at start may issue new orders, but may not load troops. No other allied units outside China may be given any orders
4. LCU's belonging to the Kwangtung Command may not leave Manchuria unless PP's are spent to change their command. In general players should always attempt to change the command of units to the theatre of operations they are in, not just Kwangtung.
5. No more then 50 aircraft per level of airfield. (not counting float planes/amphibs)
6. Play a "gentleman's game". If you think it might be gamey, it probably is, so don't do it.
Surprise – If I am Japan would go with this off in order to allow a couple more invasions, otherwise your call
Non Historical start
Sub Doctrines = off
FOW = on
Allied damage control = on
Weather = advanced
PDU = on
Vary Setup = off
Reinforcements = historical
Auto sub ops = off
Expand at start = off
Automatic upgrades = off
Accept replacements = off
Turn Cycle = 1 day/per turn
