Ok I know how to use the people button to get to the screen to make new people. However I do not know how to name the actually people stats to my new name.

Any help?

For example in WAW I can make a third ( slot 2) people called German but the actual slot is not named it is blank. In the one window I can name the people German and it shows up with Universal, Siberian and SS. But in the area where it says slot 10 Universal and slot 1 Special I can not name the slot 2.

Ok I think I know what's happening.

First - go into "Settings" and select "Group names" under property sheets. Scroll down to the PeopleGroups and select the 2) slot, a button appears near on the right side. Click it to set the name of the peoplegroup.

Second - go into "People's" and Add People. Name the People then select "People Group" Dialog should appear with three choices.

Third - got into "Regimes" and add Regime. Name the regime then select "Stats" then set the People.

Fourth - go back to People's and select your new people. Select "Regime Col#". Dialog should appear with regimes to choose. This sets the unit colour of SFTypes built to this Regime colour.
