Bingo Fuel bug?

I've several times ordered aircraft to return to base when they were 10% or more above bingo fuel and had them run out on the way. This occurs very frequently with Harriers (and I don't know if it's _all_ Harriers or just one particular variant--just occurred to me to look for that) but it has occured with other types as well, most recently a flight of F-14s.

With the Harriers I can see the percentage of bingo declining as the planes return to base--they have 11%, then 10, then 9, then 8, then, eventually, they hit zero, fly for a while, and crash. This has occurred with they were flying from land bases as well as carriers.

I've tried adjusting altitude and that has not helped.

I seem to recall that this was a bug in some version or other backalong but that it was fixed, and looks like it's back now.

Next time it happens I'll try to remember to save the game and submit if if that will help.

Please do submit the save.  Also make sure the aircraft are at cruise speed, not military or burner (and verify that they are a homogenous group, i.e. only F-14A, not F-14A and A-6).  Homogenous groups should not be needed but due to some bugs they are the only 'safe' way to go.
