I hear rumours of super large maps, is there anyway to have more than 9 regimes in a game?

You can creat way more than 9 regimes in a single game. My WaW mod has about 35! Now most of those just join up with one of the main 5 players, but there is no reason you can't have more than 9 regimes playing... other than time between turns....

one word of caution. each extra regime you add does cause a lot overhead for the size of the gamefile.
