Hi all,

It's been a long time. I've settled down in my new town and job. I'm back on the web and I've just started playing Maximum Football again. I see version 2.0 is available. I'm currently running 1.376, I think? Do I download the 2.18 update and install it over my last version? Or is this for Vista only?

I hope all is well and everyone is enjoying Max.

Go download 2.0 and install. 2.0 is the entire game, then download 2.18 and install that.

If you own 1.x, then there is no additional cost to upgrade to 2.x.

I own 1.1376, I purchased 1.0095 and have upgraded to 1.1376. But where do I find version 2.0? I've look in the Max FB downloads; however, only 2.18 is listed there.

2.0 should be in the members section under 'My Games'

Thanks Gary. I found it this morning and downloaded it. I've applied 2.18 patch and have only played around a bit with it to see what has changed.

I love it (always did)! Now the little things, the polish are starting to show up. I love the new depth charts, drive charts, lighting and player pics. The on field pre-game intro is nice too.

The substance and depth of Max FB has always been the reward, the point really. Style has never been a big deal for me with this type of project; however, I want to see David's game become the game of choice (on PCs) and to do that mainstreamers, fans on the fence... I think want the little extra polish. The depth of MaxFB makes it easily worth $50 but some people perceive style AS SUBSTANCE.

Glad your back in the groove with us SmilinJack. As is, it's great fun, but the list for the 2.2 update really looks good.

You make reference to version 2.2. Is that now available to registered members? If so I could not find it in the member's section, etc.

Version 2.2 is not yet available and no there is no release date.
