Apologies if this has already been raised but EiA has not let me leave the re-inforcemnet phase twice now - once in regard to Sweden and also to France.

Only option has been to restart the whole game!

I think we have this fixed. Was this during winter? The engine had a problem choosing a valid area to move to when the port area touched an ice area BUT was not surrounded by ice areas.
