RHS Standard Bomber Utility (and expanded EOS bomber utility)

The RHSEOS Bomber Utility was expanded by adding Seaplane bombers. This includes the unique M6A1 torpedo bomber for submarine use.
One bit of eratta existed in the original: The Ki-48 load was given in pounds vs kilograms - so the ratings for that aircraft are now more correct relatively speaking (and not impressive).

The utility gives most aircraft data, but only the summary ratings (unique to RHS) are given here:

The ratings for the newly issued Standard Bomber utility are given here. These aircraft appear in CVO and BBO family scenarios.

2 1 0 0 0 0 0.1 E7K2
2 0 0 0 0 0 0.0 E8N2

1 5 1 3 1 2 0.3 H6K4
4 49 10 25 5 22 2.5 H8K2
3 14 3 7 1 6 1.1 Ki-21 II

3 16 4 8 2 7 1.4 Ki-49 I
5 3 1 2 1 2 0.5 Ki-51
4 28 6 14 3 13 2.3 Ki-67
1 0 0 0 0 0 0.0 Ki-76
7 9 2 9 1 5 1.4 M6A1
5 27 5 25 3 15 2.8 P1Y1
0 1 0 0 0 0 0.1 Q1W1

1 2 0 1 0 1 0.2 RTAF B-10
2 0 0 0 0 0 0.0 RTAF V-935

Note the E8N2 and Ki-76 join the Glen and Ki-36 as nearly worthless bombers.

The ratings are very sophisticated - reflecting the greater chance of delivery for a dive bomber - and the
below waterline delivery for torpedoes.
